This light is perfect for the Laguna 18-36 wood lathe. Yes you have to make a modification on the bracket of the lathe where the light would go but that is a simple fix. Cut you a block of wood the same size as the bracket on the lathe mount it and use wood screws to mount the light. Works perfect. Gives out plenty of light and very stable.

Good lights. Love the long neck and ability to put the bright light where it needs to be.  Liked it so much, will cooperate more.
